New Data Set Released – For Sale or Rent

Pacific Micromarketing today releases its latest supercharged marketing data set to marketers.

For Sale and For Rent is in fact two data sets. They identify when a property was last listed for Sale or for Rent.

These unique data sets provide marketers with pointers to:

  • occupant type (owner/tenant),
  • intention to leave (for sale property),
  • length of residence
